FAQs

What is the COVID-19 policy/ guidelines for the event?

We are looking to Town Hall Seattle's regularly updated COVID-19 Building Policies as they continue to follow guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, King County, and the City of Seattle. At this time, proof of vaccination (or proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours for those unable to be fully vaccinated) with matching photo ID and masking are required for attendees. Drinking is acceptable as long as masks are replaced immediately after.Please come prepared to follow guidelines at the time of the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Visit: Town Hall Location, Directions, Parking. Please enter using the west entrance located off Seneca St (to access the Forum).  

Town Hall Seattle’s recent historic landmark renovations have prioritized accessibility. A loading zone exists on Seneca street, directly outside the west entrance. The alley-path to the West Entrance door is at-grade, but please note that the 3-minute passenger load zone on Seneca is at a steep incline. The doors lead directly into the Forum level of the building, with at-grade access to the elevator serving all three levels of the building, as well as an all-gender, ADA restroom.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are not refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest if you are not able to attend. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Either printed tickets or mobile tickets will be accepted and scanned at the door. 

How do I manage distributing group tickets?

The purchaser of group tickets is responsible for distributing an individual ticket to each attendee of choice. We recommend printing group tickets so that each individual is given a ticket with a unique QR code.
